We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not permit you to share, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through the Platform, including responses to exercises or collaborative tools, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain workshops or features on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at help@actionofferpoint.net within 14 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to the relevant content has already been substantially used.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AU$100, whichever is greater.
