About Actionofferpoint
Flexibility training that fits around your life
Most people who want to improve their flexibility run into the same obstacle: the routines available to them were designed for studio environments, not for someone working through a programme from their living room. The pacing assumes a group, the feedback assumes a coach in the room, and the structure rarely accounts for the gaps that appear in a real week.
Actionofferpoint was built to address that gap directly. Since 2015, the platform has offered workshop-style flexibility programmes structured around step-by-step assignments that participants complete at their own pace, with exercises designed to be practised in ordinary home conditions — no specialised equipment, no fixed schedule.
How the programme works
Structure behind the practice
The workshops at Actionofferpoint are organised as sequential modules. Each module introduces a specific aspect of flexibility — hip mobility, spinal range, shoulder opening — and breaks it into daily assignments that build on each other across the week. Participants work through each step before moving forward, which keeps the progression consistent rather than relying on motivation alone.
Interactive exercises are embedded directly into each module. Some ask participants to log a range-of-motion measurement at the start and end of a session. Others prompt a short written reflection on what felt restricted and what shifted. These aren't assessments — they're tools for building the kind of attention that makes practice more effective over time.
The people who built this
Brigitte Holoway leads the instructional content. She has spent over a decade working with adults who come to flexibility training with limited mobility and no prior experience. Darren Quigley handles programme architecture — the sequencing logic that determines which exercises appear in which order and why. The rest of the team manages delivery, participant communication, and ongoing revision of the exercise library based on feedback from each cohort.
