Morning Flexibility Foundations: A 4-Week Routine Masterclass
A focused workshop on flexibility routines — practical, structured, and built around what actually works when you practise consistently from home.
Most people who want to get more flexible run into the same problem: they do a few stretches after a workout, feel a bit looser, then forget about it for two weeks. Progress stalls because there is no structure, no progression, and no understanding of how the body actually adapts to stretching over time.
This masterclass is built around a simple 20-minute morning routine that compounds over four weeks. You will learn why timing matters, how to sequence stretches so each one prepares the body for the next, and what to do when you hit a plateau. The approach is grounded in how connective tissue responds to sustained, low-intensity load rather than aggressive pulling.
Who this is suited for
People who sit at a desk most of the day, runners dealing with tight hips and hamstrings, and anyone who has tried stretching before but found it boring or ineffective. You do not need any prior experience with yoga or movement training.
What the sessions cover
Each week introduces a new layer. Week one focuses on breath control and body awareness. Weeks two and three progressively load the major muscle groups: hip flexors, thoracic spine, hamstrings, and shoulders. Week four teaches you how to maintain gains and adapt the routine to your schedule long-term.
Flexibility is not a fixed trait. It is a skill that responds to consistent, well-structured practice over weeks, not days.
Sessions are pre-recorded with lifetime access, so you can revisit any week as needed. Each lesson runs between 18 and 24 minutes and includes a downloadable reference card for the stretches covered.
Flexibility is a physical skill that responds to consistent, deliberate practice — not to occasional effort or motivational bursts.
